  Rent Record Pass: a signed one-page proof of on-time rent that good tenants carry

  Each paid month the owner taps one button and the tenant's record updates. The tenant can print a one-page pass with a QR, showing 12 months paid on time. The next landlord trusts it, and good tenants stop getting asked for three months of deposit.

  Promise Caller: a monthly check-in call that logs when the tenant says they will pay
