Who runs this site
Namjai Builders, run by Loud Unicorn, 4539 N 22nd St Suite #6381, Phoenix AZ 85016, is responsible for your personal data on this site. This notice explains how we handle it under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
We collect your name, email, LINE ID, what you tell us in forms, and challenges you post. We use an anonymous voting cookie to remember your votes and a one-way hash of your IP address to limit spam. We do not store your raw IP address in the application database.
Why we use it
We use your information to run build days, contact you about them, show challenges publicly, and stop spam. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to count visits, and we show no ads. We ask for your consent when you join or bring a challenge. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose OK on the cookie bar, and you can change your choice any time with the button at the bottom of this page.
What is public
Challenge titles and descriptions may appear publicly and be translated. Your name is public only if you add it to a challenge. We never publish your email, LINE ID, or contact details. Please leave other people’s personal information out of challenge descriptions.
Who sees the rest
Only organizers can access the nonpublic information. We never sell it. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores photos on Cloudflare R2; data may be processed outside Thailand. Emails are sent through Resend (USA) only for account and build-day messages. Your country is shown on your public profile so people can see where our builders come from, and you can hide it from your private profile page.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, and for no more than two years after your last activity. Contact us to request earlier deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@namjai.io. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before your request. You may also exercise other rights available under Thailand’s PDPA and raise a concern with the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Membership and your controls
We store your application, contact details, profile, photo, participation and build credits to review membership and organize teams. Only approved, listed profiles appear publicly. You choose which optional fields are public. Email and LINE ID are shared only with teammates if you opt in. Organizers keep private review notes. We keep membership and participation records while your account exists, and a declined application for the 90-day reapplication period and until you request deletion. Download your data, sign out on all devices or delete your profile from your private profile page. Deletion removes your account, photo, sessions, RSVPs and sign-ups. Builds keep anonymous Former member credits and we retain an audit entry without personal data. Public pages and photos already downloaded by others may remain in their copies.
