Your build day partner kit

For shop owners and community groups in Bangkok.

What you get

A team of 2 to 3 builders for one Saturday, a working tool you keep using for free, a check-in after 30 days, and a named member who looks after it.

What we ask

About 30 minutes at 9:30 on build day to explain how things work today, in person or by video call. Bring something real to work with, like photos of the notebook, the form, or the shelf. Give honest feedback at the 4 PM demos and after 30 days.

How a build day runs

  1. 9:30 The challenge owner tells their story. Pull up a stool and listen.
  2. 10:00 Teams pick an angle. Find a few people to build with.
  3. 10:15 Time to build. Open a laptop, try things out, take a noodle break.
  4. 15:30 Show what you made. A quick demo everyone can follow.
  5. 16:15 Everyone votes for the tool they would like to see used.
  6. After Hand the winning tool to the owner. Try it together in the real world.

Before the day

  • Choose one task that comes up every week.
  • Bring examples with personal details covered.
  • Pick someone who can try the tool and give feedback.
  • Tell us what phone, computer, or equipment you already use. We do not buy or lend parts.
